We are on a mission to “clean up” the self-help industry by delivering evidence-backed, scientifically validated advice in a way that deeply resonates with people and helps them find more meaning in their lives.
What We Need
Someone who loves performance metrics, optimization, split tests and turning cold traffic into happy customers. We need someone to own and run all of our paid traffic campaigns across all platforms, but primarily Meta and Google.
Role Responsibilities
- Planning and launching Meta, YouTube, Google, and other social platform ad campaigns.
- Managing full-funnel ads strategy from cold ad to warm retargeting to backend conversion.
- Collaborating with our internal team on messaging angles, creative, and sales hooks.
- A/B testing audiences, placements, offers, and creative assets.
- Tracking and optimizing performance toward key KPIs: CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Sharing performance reports and insights directly with the Heads of Product & Content.
- Staying current with platform changes, privacy policies, and advertising trends.
Who I’m Looking For
You Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience running and scaling ads in Meta and YouTube (required)
- Proven success hitting performance goals and improving ROAS at scale
- A naturally analytical mind that nerds out over metrics and what makes them move
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team without red tape
- A solid grasp of funnels, customer behavior, and conversion mechanics
- A sense of humor
Strongest Candidates Will Have:
- Experience with TikTok ads or a strong enthusiasm to test them
- Skills in ad copywriting, editing, or design
- A passion for self-help, personal growth, or online education
- Deep knowledge of info product funnels, membership communities, and subscription models
- Worked in a small, fast-moving tech/creator environment.
- Confidence working remotely.
