Jobs

Fifteen years ago, I started my first blog.

Within a few years, I had built it into a global content business with millions of readers.

Eight years ago, I got my first book publishing deal. Since then, I’ve gone on to sell over 15 million books and write three consecutive #1 NY Times bestsellers.

This year, I have decided to create a media company to develop and scale online video content, primarily through YouTube. And I want you to be a part of it.

This is a chance to get in at the ground level of a new business, creating video content on some of the fastest growing platforms, while helping people around the world live better lives.

To begin, I am looking to build out serial, real-world content where we film people doing various self-improvement challenges. There will be a focus on people’s psychology, character development, and storytelling.

To start out, I’m hiring two key creative positions:

  1. Story Producer
  2. Video Editor

Ideal candidates will have experience with unscripted documentary/reality TV-style video content. They will be familiar with my work and avid readers/followers of personal development content.

They will have a generally positive attitude, love learning and challenging themselves. They will be looking for a long-term working relationship where they can be part of building something that will last.
