This is actually much more than a simple journal for you to write in, as there are also many pages of information, as well as prompts to guide you through how to collect your thoughts. Each section has several pages of information, as well as extensive writing prompts/questions, and even examples of responses to the prompts. Overall I was pleasantly surprised with this journal. It is almost like a mini-sequel to the first book, combined with a journal to collect and organize your own thoughts. I think that people who liked the original book will love this journal, and even people who haven’t read the first book could find it to be both informative and useful.
