Mark Manson is a three-time #1 New York Times bestselling author and one of the most influential voices in modern personal development. His debut, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Good Life, became a global phenomenon, reaching #1 in fourteen countries and spending years on bestseller lists worldwide. His books have been translated into more than 65 languages and have sold over 20 million copies. In 2023, a feature-length documentary based on his life and ideas was released worldwide by Universal Pictures.
Often described as “self-help for people who hate self-help,” Mark’s contrarian, evidence-based approach to personal growth has struck a chord with readers and viewers around the globe.
