How to Apply

Send your application to jobs@markmanson.net by Sunday April 13th 11:59 P.M. PDT. Create a subject line that will make me as excited to open the email as possible. YOU WILL BE JUDGED ON THE QUALITY OF YOUR SUBJECT LINE.

Your application should be written in the form of a short-form video script (à la Instagram Reel or TikTok) explaining why you want this job and why you would be great at it. It should include a strong hook, deliver clear value, and present takeaways. It will be judged both in terms of how convincing it is, but also how well-written and creative it is.

Also attach links to your two most successful pieces of content (in terms of metrics/virality), and the piece of work you’re most proud of and why.

Candidates will be selected for interviews by April 15th. Offers will be made the following week.

The goal is to start by May 1st.
